MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND WELFARE Order is hereby given, for the promulgation of "Fine Determination Criteria for Cases of Import and Export of Infectious Biological Materials That Violate Paragraph 2 of Article 34 of the Communicable Disease Control Act" (criteria become effective from 25th, June 2026)
