FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation of "Basic Data Form of the Offering and Issuance of Securities by Foreign Issuers", "Attorney's Legal Opinion Letter and Checklist", "Checklist of Filing Cases by Foreign Issuers" and "Concluding Opinion of the Underwriter's Evaluation" regulated by "Regulations Governing the Offering and Issuance of Securities by Foreign Issuers" (stipulation becomes effective from 30th, June 2026)
