核釋「金融控股公司及銀行業內部控制及稽核制度實施辦法」第16條第3項、第21條第4項及第24條第1項但書所稱主管機關對票券金融公司另有規定者之相關規定，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule pursuant to Paragraph 3 of Article 16 and Paragraph 4 of Article 21 and the proviso of Paragraph 1 of Article 24 of "Implementation Rules of Internal Audit and Internal Control System of Financial Holding Companies and Banking Industries", which stipulates rules otherwise provided by the competent authority with respect to the bills finance companies (interpretive rule becomes effective from 10th, August 2026)
