核釋「全民健康保險法」第10條第1項第1款第5目有關專門職業及技術人員自行執業者認定原則，自即日生效

MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND WELFARE Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule pursuant to Item 5 of Subparagraph 1 of Paragraph 1 of Article 10 of "National Health Insurance Act", which stipulates the determining principle for independently practicing professionals and technicians (interpretive rule becomes effective from 2nd, September 2026)
