衛生福利部執行命令：林容亘違反社會工作師法廢止社會工作師證書，請於本執行命令送達之次日起15日內，至本部辦理繳回社會工作師證書，若因故無法親自前來，得委託他人或掛號郵寄回本部辦理

MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND WELFARE Execution decree is hereby given, for abolishing the social worker certificate held by Lin Jung-hsuan for violating "Social Worker Act"; Lin shall return the social worker certificate to the Ministry within 15 days from the next day following the delivery of the decree; Lin may commission the third party to return the certificate or send it by registered mail to the Ministry if she is unable to appear in person
