修正「船舶無線電臺審驗技術要點」部分規定、「專用無線電臺審驗作業要點」部分規定、「學術、教育或實驗研發電信網路無線電臺審驗作業要點」、「船舶無線電臺不定期檢查實施要點」、「非全球海上遇險及安全系統船舶無線電臺委託審驗作業要點」、「學術、教育或專為網路研發實驗目的之電信網路設置使用審查小組設置要點」及「業餘無線電機型式認證要點」，自96年7月9日生效

NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for revising "The Technical Inspection Guidelines for the Ship Radio Station", "Inspection Directions for Dedicated Radio Station","Inspection Directions on Radio Station for Academic and Educational, or Experimental, Research and Development Telecommunications Network","The Irregular Check Guidelines for the Ship Radio Station", "Commissioned Inspection Guidelines for the Ship Radio Station of Non-Global Maritime Distress and Safety System", "Regulations on Establishing Review Committee for the Establishment and Operation of Telecommunications Network for the Academic and Educational Purpose or Dedicated Experiment, Research and Development Purpose" and "The Type Approval Guidelines for the Amateur Radio" (revised administrative directions to be effective on 9th, July 2007)
