核釋「漁會人事管理辦法」第9條規定各職務之最高員額比例限制，應按同辦法第10條規定，以報主管機關核定之設置員額為計算基準

COUNCIL OF AGRICULTURE, EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for prescribing the interpretive rule in pursuant to Article 9 of "Regulations on Personnel Management of Fishermen’s Association" that the limitation of the maximum quota and proportional deployment for positions and posts in fishermen's associations ought to be conformed to competent authorities' approval according to Article 10 of the regulations aforesaid
