NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION Notice is hereby given, to commence a period of public comments for drafting "Regulations for Administration of Base Stations of Mobile Communications Network Business", and the draft amendment on partial articles of "Regulations for Administration of Mobile Communications Business", "Regulations for Administration of 1900MHz Digital Low-Power Wireless Telephone Business", "Regulations for Administration of the Third Generation Mobile Communications Business", and "Regulations for Administration of Wireless Broadband Access Business"
