99年7月20日修正發布之「原產地證明書及加工證明書管理辦法」第7條、第13條、第22條及第23條有關加工證明書申請，第13條及第19條有關貨品由第三國直接輸往進口國之原產地證明書申請，自100年5月1日施行

MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS Order is hereby given, for designating the date of effectiveness to be the 1st, of May 2011 for the promulgated Article 7, 13, 22, 23 amendments pertaining to the application for certificates of processing, and Article 13, and 19 amendments in relating to application for the certificates of origin of merchandise imported from third country from "Regulations Governing Certificates of Origin and Certificates of Processing"
