NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION Notice is hereby given, to commence a period of public comments for the draft amendment on Article 32-1, 34, 35 of "Regulations for Administration on Fixed Network Telecommunications Business", Article 38, 45 of "Regulations for Administration on 1900Mhz Digital Low-Tier Cordless Telephony Business", Article 40, 57 of "Regulations for Administration on Mobile Communication Business", Article 41, 56 of "Regulations for Administration on the Third Generation Mobile Telecommunications Business", and Article 39 and 54-1 of "Regulations for Administration on Wireless Broadband Access Services"
