NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the amendment on Article 32-1, 34 and 35 of "Regulations for Administration on Fixed Network Telecommunications Business", Article 38 and 45 of "Regulations for Administration on 1900Mhz Digital Low-Tier Cordless Telephony Business", Article 40 and 57 of "Regulations for Administration on Mobile Communication Business", Article 41 and 56 of "Regulations for Administration on the Third Generation Mobile Telecommunications Business", and Article 39 and 54-1 of "Regulations for Administration on Wireless Broadband Access Services"
