訂定「金融監督管理委員會處務規程」、「金融監督管理委員會編制表」；修正「行政院金融監督管理委員會銀行局處務規程」、「行政院金融監督管理委員會銀行局編制表」、「行政院金融監督管理委員會證券期貨局處務規程」部分條文、「行政院金融監督管理委員會證券期貨局編制表」、「行政院金融監督管理委員會保險局處務規程」、「行政院金融監督管理委員會保險局編制表」、「行政院金融監督管理委員會檢查局處務規程」、「行政院金融監督管理委員會檢查局編制表」，並修正名稱為「金融監督管理委員會銀行局處務規程」、「金融監督管理委員會銀行局編制表」、「金融監督管理委員會證券期貨局處務規程」、「金融監督管理委員會證券期貨局編制表」、「金融監督管理委員會保險局處務規程」、「金融監督管理委員會保險局編制表」、「金融監督管理委員會檢查局處務規程」、「金融監督管理委員會檢查局編制表」，自101年7月1日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION, EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for the promulgation of "Enforcement Regulations of Financial Supervisory Commission", "Organization Table of the Financial Supervisory Commission"; and amendment of the following regulations and tables: 1. "Regulations for Departmental Affairs of the Bureau of Monetary Affairs of Financial Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan", 2. "Personnel Establishment Table of the Bureau of Monetary Affairs of Financial Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan", partial articles of 3. "Regulations for Departmental Affairs of the Securities and Futures Bureau of Financial Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan", 4. "Personnel Establishment Table of the Securities and Futures Bureau of Financial Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan", 5. "Regulations for Departmental Affairs of the Insurance Bureau of Financial Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan", 6. "Personnel Establishment Table of the Insurance Bureau of Financial Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan", 7. "Regulations for Departmental Affairs of the Examination Bureau of Financial Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan", 8. "Personnel Establishment Table of the Examination Bureau of Financial Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan", and rename those regulations and tables as: 1. "Enforcement Regulations of the Banking Bureau of Financial Supervisory Commission", 2. "Organization Table of the Banking Bureau of Financial Supervisory Commission", 3. "Enforcement Regulations of the Securities and Futures Bureau of Financial Supervisory Commission", 4. "Organization Table of the Securities and Futures Bureau of Financial Supervisory Commission", 5. "Enforcement Regulations of the Insurance Bureau of Financial Supervisory Commission", 6. "Organization Table of the Insurance Bureau of Financial Supervisory Commission", 7. "Enforcement Regulations of the Examination Bureau of Financial Supervisory Commission", 8. "Organization Table of the Examination Bureau of Financial Supervisory Commission" (promulgation and amendment of regulations shall be taking into force from 1st, July 2012)
