101年12月12日公布修正之「國防部組織法」及同日公布制定之「國防部參謀本部組織法」、「國防部軍備局組織法」、「國防部軍醫局組織法」、「國防部主計局組織法」及「國防部政治作戰局組織法」，自102年1月1日施行

EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for designating the date of enforcement to be 1st, January 2013 for the promulgated amendment to "Organization Act of Ministry of National Defense", and the enactment of "Organization Act of General Staff Headquarters, Ministry of National Defense", "Organization Act of Armaments Bureau, Ministry of National Defense", "Organization Act of Medical Affairs Bureau, Ministry of National Defense", "Organization Act of Comptroller Bureau, Ministry of National Defense", and "Organization Act of Political Warfare Bureau, Ministry of National Defense"
