有價證券私募之應募人或購買人因受業務事件主管機關行政處分命其撤回投資者，得再行轉讓該私募有價證券；但因前開轉讓行為所取得之私募有價證券，再行賣出仍應受「證券交易法」第43條之8第1項規定之限制，自即日生效
FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation in pursuant to Paragraph 1, Article 43-8 of "Securities and Exchange Act" which regulates that places and purchasers of privately placed securities who withdraw capital due to administrative sanction by the competent authority are allowed to resell the securities (stipulation becomes effective fro 21st, February 2013)
