NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the amendment on partial articles of "Charge Standards for the Usage Fees of Specific Telecommunication Numbers" and Article 2 and 4-1 of "Regulations Governing Telecommunications Numbers"
