FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule in pursuant to Paragraph 2, Article 4 of "Regulations Governing Investment in Securities by Overseas Chinese and Foreign Nationals" which stipulates for the scope and the specification when overseas compatriots and foreigners engaging in domestic securities investments (interpretive rule becomes effective from 22nd, April 2015)
