修正「地方主管機關核發辦理事業單位歇業事實之證明文件應行注意事項」，並修正名稱為「地方主管機關辦理核發事業單位歇業事實之證明文件應行注意事項」，自即日生效

MINISTRY OF LABOR Order is hereby given, for the revision of "Notices for Local Competent Authorities Approving and Engaging the Documentation for Closedown of Business Entities", and renames the Notice as "MOL Directions on Competent Authority for Issuing Certificate on Enterprise's Mothballs" (revised directions take into force from 27th, August 2015)
