EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for the amendment on partial articles of "Regulations for Revenues, Expenditures, Safeguard and Utilization of Research and Development Substitute Services Fund", and renames the Regulations as "Regulations for Revenues, Expenditures, Safeguard and Utilization of Research and Development Substitute Services and Industry Training Substitute Service Fund"
