ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ADMINISTRATION, EXECUTIVE YUAN Notice is hereby given, for the promulgation of "Restrictions on the Manufacture, Import, and Sale of Personal Care and Cosmetics Products Containing Plastic Microbeads" (restrictions shall become effective from 1st, January 2018 except Bulletin 2 the restrictions on sale of the said products which shall become effective from 1st, July 2018)
