勞動部公告：公告外國人受聘僱從事專門性及技術性工作之每人月平均薪資最低數額、外國人受聘僱從事「就業服務法」第46條第1項第1款至第6款規定之工作，其隨同居留之外國籍配偶從事專門性或技術性之部分工時工作、華僑或外國人投資或設立事業之部分工時主管工作之每人平均時薪最低數額，自106年8月1日生效

MINISTRY OF LABOR Notice is hereby given, for announcing the average minimum monthly wage for a foreigner engaging in specialized or technical work; the average minimum hourly wage for a foreign spouse residing with the foreigner engaging in the job specified in Subparagraph 1 to 6, Paragraph 1, Article 46 of "Employment Service Act" engaging in part-time specialized or technical work or part-time management work in a business invested or established by compatriots or foreigners (announcement has been effective since 1st, August 2017)
