依法經本會核准向不特定人募集之期貨信託基金受益憑證及依法經本會核准募集發行且申購、買回採現金交付之指數股票型期貨信託基金受益憑證，屬「保險法」第146條之1第1項第6款規定之其他經主管機關核准保險業購買之有價證券，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for stipulating that 2 kinds of beneficial interest certificates shall belong to "other marketable securities that the competent authority has granted approval for insurance enterprises to purchase", regulated under Subparagraph 6, Paragraph 1, Article 146-1 of "Insurance Act": beneficial interest certificates of a futures trust fund that is offered to unspecified persons and approved by the FSC; beneficial interest certificates of exchange-traded futures trust funds that are offered, issued, purchased and repurchased in cash and approved by the FSC (stipulation becomes effective from 22nd, January 2018)
