修正「華僑之友榮譽章贈予要點」，並修正名稱為「僑民之友榮譽章贈予要點」，自即日生效

OVERSEAS COMMUNITY AFFAIRS COUNCIL Order is hereby given, for the revision of "Directions for Awarding Honored Friend Medal of Overseas Community Affairs Council, Taiwan (R.O.C.)", and the renaming of the Directions as "Directions for Awarding Honored Friend Medals of Overseas Community Affairs Council" (revised directions take into force from 18th, April 2018)
