In accordance with The Commercial Port Law and IMO Port State Control (PSC) Procedures, the Maritime and Port Bureau shall conduct PSC inspections on foreign merchant ships. The ship shall apply for follow-up PSC Inspection due to PSC detention. The Fee-charging Standards Form for Follow-up Port State Control Inspection is set to reflect administrative costs.
