COUNCIL OF LABOR AFFAIRS, EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for prescribing the interpretive rule in pursuant to Article 47 of "Employment Services Act", and Article 12 of "Regulations on the Permission and Administration of the Employment of Foreign Workers" to define that "labor" from the provision cited as "Employer shall notify the labor union or labor of the business entity of the full and entire content concerning such recruitment and shall publicly announce the same in the work place designated for such Foreign Worker(s) to engage in work", to be deemed as labor forces as a whole
