核釋「植物防疫檢疫法施行細則」第21條第2款規定，為確保輸出中國大陸蓮霧鮮果實之品質及執行有害生物之防疫作業，指定「輸中國大陸蓮霧供果園資料表」為申請輸出檢疫應檢附之文件，自即日生效

BUREAU OF ANIMAL AND PLANT HEALTH INSPECTION AND QUARANTINE, COA Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule pursuant to Subparagraph 2 of Article 21 of "Enforcement Rules of Plant Protection and Quarantine Act", which stipulates that "Information Form of Orchards for Export of Wax Apples to Mainland China" is designated as a required submission for the application for export quarantine in order to ensure the quality and execute pest prevention for exporting wax apples to the mainland China (interpretive rule becomes effective from 30th, October 2020)
