FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Notice is hereby given, to commence a period of public comments for the draft amendment on partial articles and Appendix 6, 11 and 24 of "Regulations Governing the Offering and Issuance of Securities by Securities Issuers", partial articles of "Regulations Governing the Offering and Issuance of Securities by Foreign Issuers", Article 3, 9 and 38-1 and Appendix 3 of "Regulations Governing the Offering and Issuance of Overseas Securities by Issuers", Article 3 and 28 of "Regulations Governing Information to be Published in Public Offering and Issuance Prospectuses", Article 2 of "Standards Governing Eligibility of Securities for Margin Purchase and Short Sale" and Article 29 of "Regulations Governing Book-Entry Operations for Centrally Deposited Securities"
