FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the amendment on partial articles and Appendix 5 to 7 and Appendix 10 to 12 of Article 12 and Appendix 32 of Article 72 of "Regulations Governing the Offering and Issuance of Securities by Securities Issuers" (Article 26, 32, 34, 45 and 47 of the amended regulations shall be coming into force from 1st, July 2025)
