FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Notice is hereby given, to commence a period of public comments for drafting "The Financial Leasing Operators Listed in the Attachment, Which Engage in Accounts Receivable Purchases, Installment Sales or Other Similar Financing-Related Activities Targeting Natural Persons, Are Considered Financial Services Enterprise Under Paragraph 1 of Article 3 of 'Financial Consumer Protection Act', and the Aforesaid Act Shall Apply to Those Who Engage in the Aforesaid Business and Any Financial Consumer Disputes Arising Therefrom Beginning From the Effective Date of the Notice, which shall be 15th, September 2026"
