附件所列融資租賃業者從事以自然人為對象之應收帳款收買、分期付款買賣或具類似融資性質業務者，為「金融消費者保護法」第3條第1項之金融服務業，自本公告生效日起從事該等業務及其所生金融消費爭議，適用該法規定，自115年9月15日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Notice is hereby given, for stipulating that the financial leasing operators listed in the attachment, which engage in accounts receivable purchases, installment sales or other similar financing-related activities targeting natural persons, are considered the financial services enterprises specified in Paragraph 1 of Article 3 of "Financial Consumer Protection Act" and the aforesaid Act shall apply to those who engage in the aforesaid business and any financial consumer disputes arising therefrom (stipulation shall become effective from 15th, September 2026)
