MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR Notice is hereby given, to commence a period of public comments for the draft amendment on Article 27, 32, and Supplementary 1, 3 of Article 5, Supplementary 4, 4-1, 4-2, 4-3, 5 of Article 6 and Supplementary 6 of Article 23 of "Regulations Governing the Promotion and Transfer of Police Personnel"
