修正「警察人員陞遷辦法」部分條文及第6條附件5、附件9

MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR Order is hereby given, for the amendment on partial articles and Supplementary 5 and 9 of Article 6 of "Regulations Governing the Promotion and Transfer of Police Personnel" (Supplementary 1 of Article 5 of the amended regulations has come into force since 19th, July 2024; Article 23 of the amended regulations shall be coming into force from 1st, July 2026)
