FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Notice is hereby given, to commence a period of public comments for the draft amendment on partial articles and Appendix 1 to 17, 22 to 35 of "Regulations Governing the Offering and Issuance of Securities by Securities Issuers"; and partial articles and Appendix 1 to 13, 17, 19 and 20 of "Regulations Governing the Offering and Issuance of Overseas Securities by Issuer"
