修正「臺灣地區無戶籍國民申請入國居留定居許可辦法」第8條條文，自102年9月13日生效

MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR Order is hereby given, for the amendment on Article 8 of "Regulations Governing Nationals without Registered Permanent Residence in the Taiwan Area Applying for the Entry Permit, Residence Certificate and Permanent Residence Certificate for Household Registration" (amended regulations shall be taking into force from 13th, September 2013)
