修正「臺灣地區無戶籍國民申請入國居留定居許可辦法」部分條文，名稱並修正為「臺灣地區無戶籍國民停留居留及定居許可辦法」，自113年1月1日施行

MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR Order is hereby given, for the amendment on partial articles of "Regulations Governing Nationals Without Registered Permanent Residence in the Taiwan Area Applying for the Entry Permit, Residence Certificate and Permanent Residence Certificate for Household Registration", and the renaming of the Regulations as "Regulations Governing the Approval of Visit, Residence, and Permanent Residence for Nationals Without Household Registration in the Taiwan Area" (amended regulations shall be coming into force from 1st, January 2024)
