FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Notice is hereby given, to commence a period of public comments for the draft amendment on Article 8, 18, 63 and Appendix 3 to 22-1, 24, 32 and 33 of "Regulations Governing the Offering and Issuance of Securities by Securities Issuers", Article 20, 26, 34, Appendix 56 of Article 27 and Appendix 66 of Article 36 of "Regulations Governing Information to Be Published in Public Offering and Issuance Prospectuses", Appendix 23 of Article 19 of "Regulations Governing Information to Be Published in Annual Reports of Public Companies" and Article 20, 26 and 28 of "Regulations Governing the Publication of Financial Forecasts of Public Companies"
