修正「國家圖書館文教區會場使用管理要點」，名稱並修正為「國家圖書館藝文中心會場使用管理要點」，自即日生效

NATIONAL CENTRAL LIBRARY Order is hereby given, for the revision of "National Central Library Cultural and Educational Area Usage Management Directions for the Meeting Area", and the renaming of the Directions as "Directions for Usage Management of the Art and Culture Center Conference Area of National Central Library" (revised directions take into force from 13th, September 2021)
