PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION COMMISSION, EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Paragraph 3 of Article 12, Paragraph 3 of Article 13 and Paragraph 3 of Article 47 of "Government Procurement Act", which revises the threshold for supervision, the threshold for publication and the amount of small procurement at the central government level (stipulation shall become effective from 1st, January 2023)
