修正「大專校院轉型及退場基金收支保管及運用辦法」，名稱並修正為「私立高級中等以上學校退場基金收支保管及運用辦法」

EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for the amendment of "Regulations Governing the Management of the University, College or Junior College Transition or Closure Fund Revenue and Expenditure and Its Utilization", and the renaming of the Regulations as "Regulations Governing the Revenue and Expenditure, Safeguarding and Utilization of the Private Senior Secondary or Higher Level Educational Institution Closure Fund" (amended regulations take into force from 22nd, February 2023)
