112年9月23日訂定發布之「個人資料保護委員會籌備處暫行組織規程」、「個人資料保護委員會籌備處辦事細則」、「個人資料保護委員會籌備處編制表」，除「個人資料保護委員會籌備處暫行組織規程」第2條第3款、「個人資料保護委員會籌備處辦事細則」第5條第2款，自113年1月1日施行外，其餘條文及編制表自112年12月5日施行

EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for designating the enforcement date of "Temporary Organization Regulations of the Preparatory Office of Personal Data Protection Commission", "Administrative Regulations of the Preparatory Office of Personal Data Protection Commission" and "Personnel Establishment Table of the Preparatory Office of Personal Data Protection Commission" to be 5th, December 2023, except for Subparagraph 3 of Article 2 of "Temporary Organization Regulations of the Preparatory Office of Personal Data Protection Commission" and Subparagraph 2 of Article 5 of "Administrative Regulations of the Preparatory Office of Personal Data Protection Commission" which shall be effective from 1st, January 2024
