MINISTRY OF EDUCATION Order is hereby given, for the amendment of "Regulations Governing Reporting and Collection, Checking, Handling and Use of Information Regarding the Involvement in a Sexual Incident of Persons Unsuitable for Employment at Any Educational Institution" (amended regulations shall be coming into force from 8th, March 2024)
