修正「經濟部工業局補助地方政府強化地方工業區公共設施及設置平價產業園區作業要點」部分規定，名稱並修正為「經濟部產業園區管理局補助地方政府強化地方工業區公共設施及設置平價產業園區作業要點」；修正「經濟部工業局補助地方政府強化地方工業區公共設施及設置平價產業園區分年執行計畫經費需求評核及當年度核配補助金額流用執行原則」第1點、第3點規定，名稱並修正為「經濟部產業園區管理局補助地方政府強化地方工業區公共設施及設置平價產業園區分年執行計畫經費需求評核及當年度核配補助金額流用執行原則」，自即日生效

BUREAU OF INDUSTRIAL PARKS, MOEA Order is hereby given, for the revision on partial provisions of "Directions for Subsidy Programs of the Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs for Upgrading Public Facilities of Local Industrial Zones & Developing Local Scale's Industrial Zones", and the renaming of the Directions as "Operation Directions for Subsidy Programs of the Bureau of Industrial Parks, Ministry of Economic Affairs Upgrading Public Facilities of Local Industrial Zones & Developing Local Scale's Industrial Zones"; for the revision on Paragraph 1 and 3 of "Directions for Annual Funding Requirements & the Appropriation of Current Year's Subsidy for Subsidy Programs of the Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs for Upgrading Local Industrial Zones Public Facilities & Developing Local Scale's Industrial Zones", and the renaming of the Directions as "Operation Directions for Annual Funding Requirements & the Appropriation of Current Year's Subsidy for Subsidy Programs of the Bureau of Industrial Parks, Ministry of Economic Affairs Upgrading Local Industrial Zones Public Facilities & Developing Local Scale's Industrial Zones" (revised directions come into force from 21st, May 2024)
