MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS Order is hereby given, for the revision of "Program for Hearing Patent Invalidation Cases", and the renaming of the Directions as "Operation Directions on Hearings for Patent Invalidation Cases" (revised directions come into force from 11th, June 2024)
