FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the amendment on Article 9, 10 and 13 of "Implementation Regulations for the Risk Spreading Mechanism of Residential Earthquake Insurance" and Article 7 and 11 of "Regulations Governing the Taiwan Residential Earthquake Insurance Fund" (amended regulations shall be coming into force from 1st, January 2026)
