FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the amendment on partial articles of "Regulations Governing Insurance Brokers", partial articles of "Regulations Governing Insurance Agents", partial articles of "Regulations Governing the Implementation of Internal Control and Audit System and Business Solicitation System of Insurance Agent Companies and Insurance Broker Companies" (Article 2 of amended regulations shall be coming into force from 1st, January 2025) and Article 3 and 9 of "Regulations Governing Online Insurance Business and Online Insurance Services of Insurance Agent Companies and Insurance Broker Companies"
