FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the amendment of "Regulations Governing Anti-money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism for Enterprises Handling Virtual Currency Platform or Transaction", and the renaming of the Regulations as "Regulations Governing Anti-money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism for Virtual Asset Service Providers" (amended regulations shall be coming into force from 30th, November 2024 except Article 7, the enforcement date of which shall be designated by the FSC)
