修正「模擬槍許可及管理辦法」，名稱並修正為「模擬槍外銷研發許可及管理辦法」

MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR; MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS Order is hereby given, for the amendment of "Regulation Governing the Permission and Management of Imitation Firearms", and the renaming of the Regulations as "Regulations Governing the Permission and Management for the Export & Research of Imitation Firearms"
