MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE Notice is hereby given, for the amendment on Supplementary 1 to 13 of "IUU Fishing Vessel Lists According to Subparagraph 18 of Paragraph 1 of Article 8 of 'Act Governing the Investment and Operation of Non-Republic of China (ROC) Flagged Fishing Vessels'" (former name: IUU Fishing Vessel Lists According to Subparagraph 18 of Paragraph 1 of Article 8 of Act to Govern Investment in the Operation of Foreign Flag Fishing Vessels) (amendment becomes effective from 28th, March 2025)
