修正「大白鯊象鮫及巨口鯊漁獲管制措施」，名稱並修正為「沿近海軟骨魚類漁獲管制措施」，自115年1月1日生效

MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE Notice is hereby given, for the amendment of "Regulations of Controlling Measures for Fishing Great White Shark (Carcharodon Carcharias), Basking Shark (Cetorhinus Maximus) and Megamouth Shark (Megachasma Pelagios) in the Exclusive Economic Zone of Taiwan", and the renaming of the Regulations as "Regulations of Controlling Measures for Fishing Cartilaginous Fish in the Exclusive Economic Zone of Taiwan" (amended regulations shall be coming into force from 1st, January 2026)
