MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE Order is hereby given, for the revision of "Fine Determination Criteria for the Violation of Prohibition on Transportation of Waste Stipulated in Accordance With Subparagraph 1 of Paragraph 1 of Article 28 of 'Act on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Animal Diseases'" (former name: Fine Determination Criteria for the Violation of Prohibition on Transportation of Waste Stipulated in Accordance With Subparagraph 1 of Paragraph 1 of Article 28 of Statute for Prevention and Control of Infectious Animal Diseases) (revised criteria shall become effective from 1st, January 2026)
