修正「飼料管理法第二十九條第二款所定使用違法廚餘案件裁罰基準」，名稱並修正為「飼料管理法第二十九條第二款所定使用禁止搬運至豬隻飼養場所之廢棄物案件裁罰基準」，自即日生效

MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE Order is hereby given, for the revision of "Fine Determination Criteria for Using Illegal Food Waste Governed by Subparagraph 2 of Article 29 of Feed Control Act", and the renaming of the Criteria as "Fine Determination Criteria for Using Waste Forbidden to Be Transported to Specific Pig Breeding Places Governed by Subparagraph 2 of Article 29 of Feed Control Act" (criteria have become effective since 29th, December 2025)
